Belarus is being favored with a balmy early spring. Thus the current view of the landscape in this photograph would look very different. The photograph is from a mid-January, day-long survey of the patrimony of northern Baranavichy District with Anton Astapovich, chairman of the Belarusian Association for the Preservation of Historical and Cultural Monuments (БДТАПГК).
