Churches of Belarus (part CLXIX): Orthodox church of the Intercession (Pakrou). A major 1856 enlargement to the original 1801 church and a remodeling at the beginning of the 20th century have given us one of the finest examples of Belarusian wooden churches in a proto-art nouveau style.
