On August 31 the current Belarusian authorities refused re-entry to Belarus of native-born Belarusian Archbishop Tadevush Kandrusjevich, Metropolitan of Mjensk-Mahiljou and Chairman of the Roman Catholic Conference of Bishops in Belarus.
