Early spring, Rymtsjeli 2007.  Ранняя вясна, Рымцелі 2007 год. Tidy houses, tidy yards, tidy plots to be tended and harvested:  Belarusian villages carry one into the timeless space of the tales one listened to so avidly as a child. Rymtsjeli is in an area of northwestern Belarus which has many Baltic or Balto-Slavic toponyms.

In honor of the feast of the Annunciation.  З нагоды Зьвеставаньня Пана. Since this celebration in 2009 the parish in Al’kovichy has changed its church’s name from the Annunciation (feast day March 25) to the Visitation of the Virgin Mary (May 31). Al’kovichy 2009.  Альковічы 2009 год.
