The church of the Holy Trinity in Charnauchytsy, near Bjares’tsje (Brest) in western Belarus, is one of the country’s finest examples of fortified church architecture. The church’s feast day, Trinity Sunday, attracts throngs of worshipers from surrounding towns and villages.
