It is always a pleasure to visit this corner of the central Prypjats’ (Pripet) region: the people of Vjeljamichy never stop working but always have a minute to chat and banter pleasantly with the wanderer, the local parish is welcoming, and the landscapes around Lake Sijatsy are evocative of times past in every season.
