It is always an honor and a pleasure to visit churches and other historic sites with Uladzislau Migdaljonak (web site: vladus.by), an outstanding photographer and local historian from the western Belarusian city of Vaukavysk. As evening approached after a full day touring the patrimony of Vaukavysk and Masty Districts, we arrived in Strubnitsa, had a lively chat with the priest, and spent time in the church, a splendid example of Belarus’ patrimony of 18th century wooden churches.
