Veneration of the miraculous image of the Mother of God of Budslau culminates every year in the early-July pilgrimage to the Marian festival in Budslau, 110 kilometers north of Mjensk.
Preceding the 2013 festival a copy of the image traveled on a series of parish visitations throughout the Roman Catholic dioceses of Belarus. On June 26 the image was venerated with an evening Mass in the early 19th century church of Shemjetava on the grounds of one of the former estates of the Skirmunts. The Skirmunts were one of the notable families of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, of the lands of partitioned Poland, and of the interwar Polish Republic.
