Feast of the Resurrection, Al’homjel’ (Ohljamjel’) 2014. In honor of its 1818 wooden church of the Resurrection, the Orthodox parish of Al’homjel’ (Ohljamjel’) celebrates the feast of the Resurrection on Easter (Bright) Tuesday.

Seven other priests from the Pinsk-Luninetsk diocese, including head of the local diaconate Father Ryhor (on the far right), join Father Sjarhjej to mark the feast in 2014.
At the end of the service the priests lead a procession thrice around the church. On the third circuit the procession halts at each of the four sides of the church. At each halt a different priest reads from the Gospels and blesses worshipers with holy water.
