Kryvichy.  With a population of 1,200, Krivichy in Mjadzjel’ District is one of seven towns in Belarus carrying the name of one of the principle Slavic and Slavicized tribes which came to form the Belarusian nation.

Churches of Belarus (part CCVIII):  Roman Catholic church of St. Andrew the Apostle (1796).  In front of the church is a low building with Soviet-era features.
