Churches of Belarus (part LXXXVII): Roman Catholic church of the Mother of God of Budslau, Kamjennaja Horka (Mjensk) 2015.
Fifteen years of intensive development has turned Kamjennaja Horka from a peaceful grouping of houses on the outskirts of Mjensk into one of the capital’s largest housing estates. Amid the ranks of mammoth apartment blocs, one’s eye is drawn up a hill to the temporary chapel and still-abuilding larger permanent church dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God of Budslau.
