Orthodox feast of the Annunciation, Azdamichy 2018.
In 2018 Orthodox Holy Saturday or Plashchanitsa (the celebration of Christ’s repose in the tomb) coincided with the fixed-date April 7 feast of the Annunciation, one of the twelve great feasts in the Orthodox liturgical cycle. In Azdamichy Father Aljaksandr celebrated the Annunciation liturgy right after the Plashchanitsa matins.
