There is nothing this good-natured, hard-working homemaker cannot do in running her household.  With her husband diligently tending their hives, she carefully removes the wax seals of the honeycombs to open the cells (photos for September 30).  Here she spins the frames in an ancient manual centrifuge to collect the honey.
